Refund Policy

We will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, exchange or repair where –

The product is faulty, You have contacted us to organise return of the item within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The product does not match the sample of our description: and You can present your invoice, receipt, or any other adequate proof of purchase.

Please note: we endeavor to pack your items with love and care to arrive to you safely however, we cannot control how Australia Post and other carriers handle your parcel.

If in any case an item is broken in transit, you can lodge a claim with sendle/Australia post.
